Statement of Purpose
The purpose of this project is to utilize movie clips depicting inappropriate and disrespectful behavior toward homosexuals in the workplace, the affects this behavior has on interpersonal relationships, and why managers should guard against such behavior and its resulting consequences on organizational goals.
